Steps

Enable USB debugging mode by going to settings > Developer > Mark USB Debugging mode.

Use Bootloader to unlock your device. Get it here

Get CWM Recovery & SuperSU and save on your computer desktop folder.

Copy SuperSU file to your smartphone's external memory (SD card) using USB cable connection.

Now disconnect your phone, switch off and boot again into FastBoot mode. (Hold power button & volume button at the same time, till screen ONs)Now connect your device again to computer using USB and install CWM Recovery file. Double click on CWM Recovery.exe and follow normal installation procedure.

Once installed switch off your phone, and again boot it into Clockwork Mod (CWM) Recovery. (Hold down volume button and power button at same time and select CWM Recovery)To install SuperSU, Select "Install zip from SD card" and select SuperSU file. It will reboot your device by own.If all steps are done carefully your phone will root successfully and you can ensure it by using "Root checker" App available freely in Google Play.
